"I had my house on the market for over a year and it wouldn't sell.  I had lots of traffic go through but nobody every made a decent offer.  My real estate agent suggested that I have a home inspector come in and give me an assessment of the deficiencies that might exist so that I can have them corrected and hopefully sell my house at or close to my asking price.  Northeast Inspection was recommended to me by a friend whom was impressed with their professional, yet friendly manner and very thorough reports.
